Our ducks are allowed to freely roam our entire property with our chickens, including our pasture. They lay large, white eggs. Available in half-dozen packages only. If the eggs appear a little stained, don't be alarmed! We wash all of our eggs with an enzyme disinfectant, but the duck eggs are particularly susceptible to staining. Duck eggs are a suitable choice to try if you are sensitive or allergic to chicken eggs, and they have a more creamy texture than chicken eggs. Substitute 1 duck egg for every 2 chicken eggs in your recipes.
