Ingredients
- (1 1/2 cups) Saltine Cracker Crumbs
- (2 eggs, slightly beaten) Dozen Chicken Eggs | Corn-Free, Soy-Free, Non-GMO | Pasture-Raised, Farm Fresh Eggs
- (2 pounds) Kunekune Pork Mild Breakfast Sausage🧂 | Pasture-Raised | Signature Saturday Breakfast
- (1/2 cup) Milk
- (1/4 cup) Minced Onion
- (1 cup) Finely Chopped Apple
Directions
This is the crown jewel of holiday breakfasts at the Dos Lobos Ranch, a recipe by Farmer Richard's mom.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Line a bundt pan with plastic wrap. Pack meat mixture into pan. Refrigerate overnight. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Unmold onto pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with scrambled eggs.
