The chicken was EXCELLENT. So incredibly juicy.
Jodi - Decatur, Tx - July 2023⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A couple of years ago, I found out through testing at the doctor that I was allergic to chicken. Then my sister gave me some meat from Dos Lobos to try and I had no allergic reaction to it. I can finally eat chicken again.
Michele - Abilene, Tx - June 2023 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a great farm! Fantastic meat, eggs, and poultry. We had a turkey for Thanksgiving and it was the best ever. You can't go wrong with anything they have. And they deliver! I am so blessed to know them!

Allen Matthews - Haslet, Tx - January 2025 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wonderful farm! As soon as I place my order regardless of the items I order I receive an email from Heather with an update to my order. She's always so kind and pleasant to talk to. Not only do I feel comfortable feeding my family their products, the fact that they offer delivery is a huge perk. She has even rearranged her delivery time out of her own willingness so that my order wouldn't stay out for long in the heat. ♡
Yamilet C. - Sanger, Tx - April 2025 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes your eggs and meats different?

Our animals are pasture-raised and rotated regularly. We use no GMOs, no corn, and no soy, no hormones, no appetite stimulants, no vaccines, no antibiotic (except in life-saving cirucmstances). Our practices create a nutrient-rich product high in Omega-3s and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid).

Do you plan to use mRNA vaccines in your livestock?

We will never knowingly use mRNA vaccines on our livestock. When we do have to vaccinate (only breeding stock and if there's ever an outbreak), vaccines will be checked prior to make sure nothing like mRNA vaccines slip in. That said, we do not vaccinate animals destined for the plate. If any were vaccinated or treated with antibiotics for illness during its lifetime here, it will be noted on the product page until the entirety of that meat is sold. Life-saving efforts will always be taken with our animals when necessary.

Are you Certified Organic?

We do not hold any certifications, however, we meet the criteria and beyond. We adhere to organic farming and the even more impactful regenerative farming principles that requires no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or other uncessary chemicals on our land or on our animmals.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Wise, Tarrant, Parker, Denton, Montague, Dallas, and Cooke counties in Texas using a local courier service such as Uber Eats or UPS Roadie. Local pickup and farmers market options are also available. We also offer 2-day shipping nation-wide with free shipping available!

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery when you order a minimum of $99 or more (locally), $140 in the greater DFW area, $150 regionally (TX, NM, OK, LA, AR), and $175 nationally. We deliver everywhere in the continental U.S.

How do I cook with pasture-raised lard?

Lard is an excellent high-heat cooking fat. Use it for roasting veggies, frying, or baking savory biscuits. It adds rich flavor and is full of healthy fats and Vitamin D (something that olive oil or other seed oils don't offer!).

Can I pre-order holiday meats?

Yes! We open pre-orders seasonally for heritage turkeys (pre-orders open each July), hams, and roasts. Join our newsletter to get first dibs on limited inventory drops.

Our Story

doslobos-us.jpg

Hi! Welcome to Dos Lobos Ranch (Spanish for Two Wolves)! We're Richard and Heather Brink and we're just a couple of foodie rebels and meat snobs who started raising pastured meats because we were tired of a food system that disregards honest farming practices and instead depletes the soil and animals of nutritional content in the name of the almighty dollar (and for meat that doesn't taste all that great, to be honest). So we decided to try something new and different on our own -- we took the gamble and started a farm and didn't know what to expect. We are committed to corn and soy free (our pork and chicken are fed a peanut and milo based feed, milled locally), no antibiotics, no hormones, grass fed, grass finished beef, and pastured raised meat and eggs! Not only were we pleasantly surprised when we tried our first batch of meat, we were absolutely blown away by the flavor, texture, and juiciness!

And then... we were hooked!
